Bocan Energy places a premium on its gas production and transportation operations, as well as the expansion of its processing volume and electricity generation at its own power plants. The most advanced equipment is used in all sectors of Bocan Energy to ensure optimal performance of associated petroleum gas consumption. The processing of associated petroleum gas is an important part of a larger system for collecting and using the gas. The Company’s gas processing plant is a modern facility capable of producing dry stripped gas and liquid hydrocarbons, both of which are widely used in Kazakhstan industry and commerce. The plant’s goods are of outstanding quality and meet the state standards of the Kazakhstan as well as the technical norms of the Customs Union.

These activities will be implemented as part of the company’s strategic plan for 2025-2026. Additional measures to be carried out in 2025 include the completion of the last stage of design and exploration operations, as well as the completion of construction and assembling works and the commissioning of the gas pipeline from the Aktobe Oilfield. The creation of a complete APG processing, use, and marketing cycle has become an important milestone in the Company’s varied commercial development.

By establishing Gas Processing Division (UPG) in 2025, Bocan Energy pioneered the integrated approach to gas processing development. In 2022, Tengri Oil transported 10.3 million cubic meters of marketable natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), and dry stripped gas. With 10 million cubic meters sold, Tengri Oil was responsible for 14% of total gas shipments. International gas sales climbed by 3% year over year to 6 million cubic meters, owing to increased gas production.

According to current plans, overall LPG processing will begin in the first half of 2022. Deliveries of propane and butane to the company’s numerous clients will commence concurrently. LPG will be shipped at a rate of 16,000 tonnes per year in the first year, with the majority of it being transported by railroad to both international and domestic markets. Cheaper gasoline and an improved atmosphere in the local mobility industry will soon benefit car drivers and public transportation users. The displacement of gasoline and diesel fuel in river vessels is another big possibility for the LPG industry. meters.

Bocan Energy processes gas and natural gas liquids at three gas processing plants (GPPs) in Kazakhstan, as well as the Karaganda Refinery and the Kyzylorda petrochemical complex in the Kazakhstan Territory.
